EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE ON A SEASIDE PARK STUNNER

The owners of this Ocean Ave home believe in maintenance and it shows.  We painted the entire exterior of the home, refinished the cedar wrap-a-round porch ceiling and the rear deck and gazebo.

The exterior cedar shakes were cleaned, pressure washed, all loose paint was scraped and sanded to prepare for primer.  Primer was applied to all bare wood.  Two coats of Benjamin Moore solid stain were then hand brush applied.

Once the cedar porch roof was chemically stripped, pressure washed, and sanded, a citric acid brightener was applied to neutralize the wood.  Stain and sealant were then applied.

All nails on the deck were counter-sunk to prepare for sanding.  Once was the deck, lattice and gazebo were stripped, pressure washed and sanded, brightener was applied before staining and sealing.
